We draw from social and environmental sciences to address local and global sustainability challenges and the impacts of rapid environmental change on contemporary surface and near-subsurface processes. It is our aim to produce exemplary interdisciplinary research in areas relevant to the theory, practice and governance of societal and environmental change.
